Reservation Policy

Rates shown are for two people and are subject to change without notice. Quoted rates are guaranteed with your reservation.  Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation will be sent.

Additional People

Add $10 per night for each additional adult above two people, and $5 per night for each additional child age 17 and under. There will be a charge of $40 per night for each “unexpected” guest not included with the original reservation.

Pets

Well-groomed, well-behaved dogs are welcome in some rooms with prior approval. If you will be bringing your pet with you you must notify us at the time you request your reservation to ensure proper accommodation. There is an additional charge of $15 per night per pet (maximum 2). Guests will be asked to sign our Pet Policy upon check-in.

Taxes

11% Sales and Room Tax will be added to all stays.

Deposits

A minimum advance deposit of 50% of the total stay is required when your reservation is made, and before your reservation can be confirmed. Reservations for a single night require a 100% advance deposit. Reservations for groups booking 3 or more units for the same dates require a 100% advance deposit that is non-refundable.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment include personal checks, cash, travelers cheques, and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).

Check-In

Check-in is between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you will be arriving after 6:00 PM please let us know your arrival time in advance of your arrival date so we can make arrangements.

Check-Out

Check-out is any time prior to 10:00 AM on your date of departure.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings at the Inn.  Smoking is permitted outside.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for Inn and Motel rooms will be made on cancellations received at least 14 days prior* to the scheduled arrival date of the reservation, less a Cancellation Fee of $25 per room booked. Refunds for Log Cabin reservations will be made on cancellations received at least 21 days prior* to the scheduled arrival date of the reservation, less a Cancellation Fee of $25. Moving an existing reservation to a future date is considered a cancellation. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or early departures.

Deposits on cancellations with less than the required notice will be refunded only if the space is re-rented.

*Reservations for group blocks of 3 or more units for the same dates require a 100% advance deposit and are non-refundable (notification prior to the deadline is not honored).
